APLIKASI INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) SISTEM PEMANTAUAN SUHU RUANG PENYIMPANAN INDUSTRI FARMASI

Industri farmasi merupakan salah satu industri yang sangat membutuhkan ruangan dengan kondisi suhu tertentu untuk menunjang keberlangsungan proses produksi maupun penyimpanan bahan baku dan jadi baik, seperti ditetapkan dalam CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat Baik) bahwa harus dikendalikan, dipantau dicatat. Banyak melakukan pemantauan pencatatan dilakukan secara manual survei langsung ke memeriksa thermohygrometer pada formulir telah disediakan. Hal ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah diantaranya: ketika hilang, operator lupa mencatat, data tidak tersedia real time. Oleh karena itu penelitian peneliti akan merancang mengimplementasikan internet of things sebuah sistem pengolahan data. Tujuan yaitu menerapkan agar lebih efisien. Penelitian menggunakan metode model prototipe terdiri dari tahap Tahap pertama membuat desain sistem. kedua perancangan software Arduino IDE, thingspeak thingview hardware instalasi wiring layout panel. berikutnya adalah pengujian alat, pengambilan datan terakhir analisa Hasil berbasis memiliki tingkat akurasi baik pengukuran suhu. Dengan nilai 99,32% error 0,68%, rata-rata galat keseluruhan berada dibawah toleransi 1%. Aplikasi ruang ini, memudahkan, mempercepat, meningkatkan efektivitas efisiensi kegiatan suhu.Kata kunci : farmasi; suhu;
